Omarosa: Trump ‘Absolutely’ Knew About Clinton Emails In Advance

Omarosa Manigault-Newman, the former White House aide turned enemy, on Tuesday claimed Donald Trump had prior knowledge that WikiLeaks had emails from Hillary Clinton campaign associates.

In an interview with MSNBC’s Katy Tur to promote her new tell-all book, Manigault-Newman said then-candidate Trump “absolutely” knew about the emails before WikiLeaks released them.

Tur asked Manigault-Newman about a directive the former “Apprentice” star claims was given to “bring up the emails at every point you could” during the final month of the 2016 presidential campaign.

“Did Donald Trump know about those emails before they came out?” Tur asked.

“Absolutely,” Manigault-Newman replied.

“He knew what was coming up before WikiLeaks released them?” Tur pressed.

“Yes,” Manigault-Newman replied—without offering evidence.

Manigault-Newman also told Tur she’s been interviewed by special counsel Robert Mueller.
